The line says the Carnival Dream will switch from a Western Caribbean itinerary to an Eastern Caribbean itinerary for the week to steer clear of Rina. Instead of port calls in Mexico, Belize and Honduras, the ship will visit St. Thomas, St. Maarten and Nassau in the Bahamas.
