President Obama will need a new Martha"s Vineyard rental

That"s because Blue Heron Farm, where he and his family have vacationed for three years, has been sold.
And the new owner, a Britain-based mogul, has indicated he will not rent out the $21.9 million acquisition, according to the Vineyard Gazette.
It reported that Blue Heron has a main house and smaller home, plus "a boathouse, a 150-year-old barn that was brought in from Pennsylvania and reassembled, a riding ring, tennis and basketball courts, multiple gardens and an apple orchard." The elegant white farmhouse with wrap-around porch where the Obamas stayed "was inspired by the home in the Kevin Costner movie Field of Dreams," the Gazette says.
